optimum efficiency to ensure low emissions and trouble free start-ups.
Our preventative maintenance agreements, from single burners to complete process heating requirements, for plants operating continuous production, can ensure your equipment is kept to the current legislation and at its optimum performance and reliability.
After each service a full log of pressures and interlock testing are taken by our fully certified engineers. These records are then copied direct to you and also stored on file at our offices.

We are proud to state that clients including leading motor manufactures, brick works, food factories, chemical plants and furnaces here in the UK and abroad already use our process maintenance agreement.

Servicing and Spare Parts for Process Heating

We also offer free site surveys to assess each individual customer’s requirements; from this a bespoke servicing schedule can be produced. Using this you are always aware of your service dates for all of your plant, easing the hassle of your company’s downtime.

A spare parts listing from the free site survey can also be produced to record burner components. In the event of system breakdown we can easily access component specifications, and obtain a replacement as quickly as possible if it is not convenient for you to have your own stock of spare parts.
